GexagonVR (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information through our virtual reality application (the “Application”) and our official website gexagon.com (the “Website”), including any third-party integrations.
1. Information We Do Not Collect (Application)
We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) from users of Hard Bullet, except as described below. Any data processed is used on-device only, unless stated otherwise below.
2. On-Device Processing
Certain features of the Application may process data locally on your device, including:
- Game progress and settings
- Temporary identifiers for in-game features
- Achievements and statistics (stored on-device)
This information is used only to support gameplay functionality and is not transmitted or stored by GexagonVR, unless explicitly stated in this Policy.
3. Crash and Diagnostic Reporting
The Application may generate anonymized crash reports to help improve stability and fix bugs. These may include:
- Device model and OS version
- Non-identifiable session IDs
- Crash logs and error details
We use third-party tools (e.g., Unity, Meta SDKs) to collect this information. GexagonVR does not collect personal crash data.
4. Gameplay Analytics (Application)
Hard Bullet may collect anonymized gameplay analytics to improve game balance, stability, and overall user experience.
This may include:
- Session duration and gameplay progression
- Level completion statistics
- In-game actions and feature usage
- Performance metrics (FPS, crashes, errors)
- Device class, OS version, language, and general region
These analytics are collected in aggregated and de-identified form and are not used to identify individual users or devices.
We use third-party analytics services such as Amplitude to process this information on our behalf. These providers receive only anonymized technical data and may not use it for advertising profiling or personal identification. Analytics data is used solely for product improvement, gameplay balancing, performance optimization, and technical diagnostics, and is not used for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.
You may disable gameplay analytics collection at any time via the in-game settings menu. After opting out, the Application will stop sending analytics events except those strictly necessary for security and fraud prevention.
5. Platform-Level Data
Platform providers such as Meta or Steam may collect and process your data in connection with your use of the Application, including:
- Achievements and in-game progress
- Cloud saves
- Account information and purchases

6. Third-Party SDKs (e.g., LIV)
Hard Bullet may include integrations from third-party services such as LIV.tv, which enable features like mixed reality capture.
If you choose to use these features, LIV may process certain data such as:
- Device and VR headset telemetry
- Video/camera input
- Gameplay tracking for mixed reality capture
GexagonVR does not access or store any data collected by LIV. For more details, see the LIV privacy policy.
7. Use of Personal Data (Website)
On gexagon.com, we may collect and use limited Personal Data in the following cases:
- To operate and maintain the Website: including the use of cookies and analytics to improve user experience.
- To respond to messages: if you contact us directly via email or contact form.
- To comply with legal requirements, if applicable.
We do not offer user registration, and we do not collect Personal Data unless you choose to provide it.

We use cookies and third-party services like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to analyze site traffic and improve functionality.
